Alder Wall Sculpture

Alder Branch and Catkins were used to add a natural feel to an otherwise dull and plain brick wall. The artwork reflects the many Alder trees found around nearby Hemlington Lake.

This sculpture was created for Erimus Housing for a small park on Hemlington D’s Estate, Middlesbrough. The design is fabricated from galvanised stee with a ‘T’ wash or acid etched finish. Dimensions - 4.2m x 2m x 1cm.
