What payment methods can I use to pay?

Payment can be by Pay Pal, Bank Transfer and Cheque. Payment will need to clear into our bank account or PayPal account before goods are delivered.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Playground Sculptures’ and post them to Playground Sculptures, 11 Auckland Ave, Marton, Middlesbrough, TS7 8NR.

Do you accept Purchase Orders form Companies and Organisations?

Company and Organisation Purchase Orders and deposits are accepted on request, please email or call for details. Quotations can also be provided on request. BACS and Cheque payments are accepted for larger orders. A deposit may be required for first or large order from private companies.

I need the sculpture sooner can I arrange for a quicker delivery?

This is often possible by prior arrangement. If the item is in stock then it can by request be delivered within 3-7 working days. Please send us an email and we will check for you.

What If I'm not in to take delivery?

You will be contacted by email/phone once a delivery date is decided and your item is ready for shipping. If you cannot be in during the day then the item can be left somewhere safe e.g. by the side of your house or in the garden, or, if arranged, with a neighbor.

Can I collect my order from you?

Yes, Collections can be arranged via email/phone, from our premises at Platform Arts Studios, Middlesbrough Train Station, Zetland Rd, TS1 1 EG. sales@playgroundsculptures.co.uk. Please do not turn up without prior arrangement.

What do I do if a product is faulty?

I've found one of your products cheaper elsewhere?

Please let me know where you have found this item and I will offer a substantial discount on your purchase price as this is a breach of Playground Sculptures Copyright and Intellectual Property as these sculptures are designed and made by Playground Sculptures only.

How do I look after my Playground Sculptures Product?

This depends on the material it is made from. This is stated in the product page/detail on our website. Normally mild soapy water and a sponge or a soft brush, rinsed after with clean water is sufficient to keep you Playground Sculptures clean. Please refer to the Material Guide section of our website for more detailed cleaning advice.

Do you provide a Delivery and Installation Service?

Yes, this can be quoted for on request. Please email or call Playground Sculptures with the products you require and your postcode and details of the installation area and access conditions for a quotation?

How do I install my Playground Sculpture?

This depends on which product you have ordered. Some items can sit on the ground with no installation required others may need setting into concrete foundations. Please see our Installation Guide for illustration only examples.

Do you create your designs to customer dimensions?

Yes. Any design fabricated in galvanized steel can be made more or less any size; however our cast iron, cast stone or resin bronze products only come in the dimensions stated. Any of our designs can be created as a bespoke commission but this takes time and the majority of the cost of realizing the artwork at custom size will need to be borne by the customer, unless there is further resale potential at the requested size. Custom designs and Bespoke Designs take considerable time and a long lead time may be required for completion of a bespoke or custom order. Do you ship Playground Sculptures within the EU or Worldwide?
